| Slovenske Konjice is the political and economic centre of the Upper Dravinja valley. The town is known by the well preserved old centre. Nearby the settlement, on Konjiska Gora (hill) is situated old castle (Stari grad), which ruins are under the construction and renovating works are taking place. |
